Rowan is a character pulled from a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. He inherited the duty of his father to serve the dragon goddess Tiamat. To this end he hunts the chosen of her brother Bahamut and brings evil in her name.
Rowan is empowered by draconic magic, granting him the ability to shapeshift at will, use of a breath weapon, and access to a wide variety of spells and dragon invocations. In all forms, he retains the physical capabilities of a full-fledged dragon.
